The life of the Company started back in December 1993 with the foundation of "Schwarzer
5-Sterne-Immobilien" in Berlin. The successful property agency business was soon to be complemented with further fields of activity. In 1996 the facility management business was set up. Other specialised companies followed, and since 2000 the SCHWARZER Holding has been active all across Germany. In 2005, on the occasion of the transfer of headquarters to Berlin, Kurfürstendamm, the rapidly growing group of companies was given its own name.
All companies continue their work in established tradition under the Holding "SCHWARZER Unternehmensgruppe".
